Hi, my name is Alexa but everyone calls me Al-e. I grew up in Northern California where the sprawling hills and crawling oak trees first made me fall in love with art. I studied Visual Media at UC San Diego focusing my studies around the intersection of image, design and narrative. My career started at Industrial Light & Magic, where I worked in theater projection and motion capture. While at ILM I continued to advance my career toward the art department by working as an in-house graphic designer for Curated and taking night classes in architecture and design. In 2023, I earned my MFA in Production Design from the American Film Institute.

Over the last six years, I have built a career as a freelance designer, where I have had the opportunity to design for brands, commercials, and create full worlds for amazing stories. I have gained experience in graphic design, fabrication, drafting, modeling, set design and builds. I have worked for brands including Coca Cola, Ruggable, Walmart, Honda, Sprouts, and Zillow.
